The role:
Act as an Expert Marketo and be the operational partner between the Group and the regions, lead the development of new features and processes in Marketo, from the design to the launch, followed by improvements.
Challenges:
Enhancement of the product to support roll out strategy
Ensure delivery in time, quality and budget
Set priorities focused on providing value to customers while keeping a close proximity of product users
Engage internal stakeholders to optimize processes and customer service

Delivery and optimization of a global product roadmap.
Maintain the product backlog: define, co-design, help writing and prioritize the next features and user stories and plan your releases;
Follow up on dependencies and determine best ways to deal with those.
Ensure the smooth running of the sprint: design, negotiate the sprints with the team.
Represent users and stakeholders: listen, observe and translate needs into functionalities.
Guarantee quality while prioritizing between functionalities and technical complexities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and the product.
Raise alerts if delay or issue on the delivery.
Carry out the tests of the product to guarantee the stability of the product with each release.
With the support of Group Commercial you drive the change management
Requirements:
Skills and experience
At least 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Project manager, Administrator position on Adobe Marketo in an IT environment
Good results in advancing projects with a technical dimension.
Experience in implementing or running digital marketing or CRM projects.
Capabilities to configure and set up Marketo.
Experience in topics related to emailing, form, adobe.
Ability to work in an IT universe – high IT/Technical sensitive.
Knowledge
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and a strong affinity for user-centered design and functional analysis.
Language and interpersonal skills
English – medium/advanced (both oral and written)
Good communication skills (write and oral) to support the change management.
Conviction, tenacity and autonomy, while being supported by the innovation / digital projects manager and the team’s Tech Lead
Nice to have:
Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) knowledge
Experience in Agile Organizational models
Experience in Banking or Finance environment
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its integration with Adobe Marketo
