We are searching for a Business Analyst – SAP & Customer Accounting for our client, a multinational company, global leader in trade credit insurance, specialized in the areas of surety, collections, structured trade credit and political risk, with a wide presence across over 40 countries.

 

The role:

Act as an operational partner with IT and the Business (Group, Regions & OE) on Evolutive and Run topics. Manage maintenance, incidents, business support & trainings related to company’s processes and applications (SAP S/4 HANA, BW, RIL, CMS, SEPA Tool).

 

Challenges:

  • Migration to SAP S/4 HANA
  • Interfaces with ITMP and Policy Management processes

 

Main tasks:

  • Manage maintenance, incidents, business support & trainings related to company’s processes and applications (SAP S/4 HANA, BW, RIL, CMS, SEPA Tool).
  • Support Finance / Contract Management related Evolutive Maintenance and ensure delivery in time, budget and quality.
  • Analyse incoming business needs and provide adequate solutions.
  • Prepare functional solution design for our IT team.
  • Ensure solution is in line with Group standards.
  • Enable the IT team to set up the Sprint backlog.
  • Provide business support to our Regional Organisation & Change Partner Teams and FIT+1/HAYA Super user community.
  • Design Training materials.

 

Requirements:

Skills and experience

  • 3 to 5 years of active experience in different project environment – including the application of relevant methodologies/tools
  • Change Management experience / training
  • Have a general understanding of the lead application in his/her scope (mainly SAP)

 

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP Suite (FI-CO)
  • Knowledge in designing and constructing comprehensive models of business processes, subprocesses and their links to automated tasks in IT

 

Language and interpersonal skills

  • English – medium/advanced (both oral and written)
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs and desires of both business and IT
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written/oral in English
  • Ability to lead workshop while getting expected results

 

Nice to have:

  • Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) knowledge
  • Experience in Agile Organizational models
  • Experience in Banking or Finance environment
  • Knowledge of MS Analysis for Office
